On January 18, the FDA will kick-off the first day of a three-day public meeting of the Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee. From 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the meeting will be closed to permit discussion and review of trade secret and confidential commercial information, however the meeting will be open to the public from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. that same day, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Jan. 19, and from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Jan. 20. The meeting will be held at the Center for Tobacco Products, 9200 Corporate Blvd., Rockville, MD, and seating may be limited, but you can also attend online via a free webcast (starting at 9:00 a.m. on January 18, 2012, by visiting the TPSAC webpage.
